what medicine to take for bph(Benign prostatic hyperplasia)?

Generally alpha blockers such as doxazosin are used which block the action of alpha receptors and relax the muscle in the prostate and improve symptoms. 5a reductase inhibitors reduce progression. There is also the option of surgery such as the trans urethral resection of prostate (TURP).
