		<description>My husband (due to other rectal area problems) much prefers the PSA.  Both are probably best, but I have not researched the false negative rate of the PSA.  If the false negative rate is low (and this should be in medical literature) then it is probably as good or better.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
