Some symptoms can include the following though: difficulty in passing urine passing urine more frequently than usual, especially at night pain when passing urine blood in the urine (this is not common) Treatment For localised (early signs) of prostate cancer that has not spread from the prostate, the treatment options include radiation therapy, brachytherapy, surgery and medical monitoring without any active treatment.
