    Get a check up ,
And how do you know it is not cancer or any thing unless you have been checked any problem with the prostrate must be checked ,The most usual reason for problems are cancer and can be treated if it is diagnosed quickly

You probably have been inserting a foreign object into your backside, and that object is irritating the prostate gland causing the numbness. You need to stop for a while, and determine if the numbness goes away. Your backside and your prostate are nothing to fool around with.

If the numbness subsides, you should do it less frequently and use a lubricant whenever you resume your activity.

In the unlikely event that the numbness does not go away, visit a good Proctologist.

    Good luck..
